We invite people with different nutritional needs to enjoy our 100% gluten-free and 100% lactose-free meals and drinks and delicious offerings for vegans and vegetarians, to enjoy together.

Our meals are prepared with the freshest ingredients of the highest quality, e.g. our vegan mayonnaise consists of chickpea water, chickpeas, vegetable oil, mustard, turmeric and spices. If you have special wishes, feel free to ask - we want you to feel at home in our restaurant.

We work together with regional suppliers, for which regional attitude on meat and fish is a matter of course. Small family farms fit us better than large corporations.

We joyfully want to present our main suppliers at the end of the menu with little stories.

ORGANIC POMICULTURE FILIPP
All 7 different apple varieties are harvested by hand and without large detours in the farm's own orchard where they are pressed and juices are bottled unfiltered. No preserving agents and other additives are found in these juices so that the juice remains also stable this is gently pasteurized.

ORGANIC BREWERY GUSSWERK
Beer brewed to an old natural process using, of course, pure organic ingredients.

WINERY DÜRNBERG
The Dürnberg winery is located in the traditional wine town of Falkenstein, the historic heart of the wine district. Winegrowing has been documented here since the 12th century. The grapes reach an ideal ripeness on the calcareous soils and thanks to a favorable microclimate. This is how wines with fine aromas, distinctive fruit and vital acidity are created.

The Austrian Winery Szigeti provides their sparkling Wine exclusively according to the "method traditionnelle", the classic French champagne method, which ensures that rip extraordinary sparkling wine specializes and Szigeti sparkling wine develops its fine, incomparable mousse.
